¡ñ    Our people are stimulated to embrace their capabilities. For example: As long as you got your driving license, 50% of expenses would be reimbursed to you.

 

¡ñ    As Swat People, you are privileged to purchase a car at favorable price which is lower than 1/3 of its retail price providing the car brand is designated by our company.

 

¡ñ    We provide a variety of material motivations, and rewards would be granted to our people provided that they made contributions. In addition, 10% of company¡¯s profit before tax would be allocated to employees. These funds would be used for the purchase of company shares and for cash allocations. Company shares would be hold in trust for individuals and cash would be distributed recognizing length of service.

 

¡ñ  For senior management of base salary below industry standards, we would compensate to allow an addition of up to six percent of its profit before tax to them.

 

¡ñ      We offer housing allowance and favorable conditions of housing purchase to skilled employees or individuals who made special contributions to the company¡¯s success.
